Written Feedback:
- The workshop was incredibly intense creatively, technically, and spiritually.
- The knowledge that I gained over the last two days is almost mind boggling. I filled an entire sketch book full of sketches and notes.
- I have gained a greater technical and spiritual approach to the act of painting.
- The most valuable information included the palette ranges (monochromatic, earth-tones etc.), methods for organizing a palette, as well as grounding yourself before painting.
- I truly appreciate the "bombardment" of information approach.
- The weekend taught me self-acceptance.
- I am inspired. I am afraid. I am obsessed.
- More time... yet the intensity was powerful.
- Great handouts! Slides were helpful too.
- The most valuable points were the instructors insight and knowledge
- The information was very valuable, but there wasn't enough time to go into detail.
- I enjoyed the meditations; it was great to have that moment to ground.
- I learned a lot about my weaknesses and what I need to work on.
- I enjoyed the large amount of information that was introduced.
- While the technical points were valuable, it was also nice to be reminded of an artist's place in society from a practicing artist.
- I realized I have a greater command of painting then I believed I had. The most valuable points were learning different ways to mix flesh tones.
- Tessa is an excellent speaker.
